YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR DATA
Privacy policy
Last updated September 27, 2026
Frameflow is an AI film and video studio. This page explains how the studio uses information when you sign in, generate videos, or purchase tokens. For privacy questions, contact the studio owner at gotogoable@gmail.com.
Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, Frameflow receives your Google account identifier, name, verified email address, and basic profile information. We store your identifier, name, and email to create your account and associate it with your private workspace, videos, and token balance. Frameflow does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, or calendars.
Google access tokens are used during sign-in to verify your profile; they are not stored for ongoing access to your Google account. Your name and email can also be used to support your account, and your email is sent to Stripe when you open checkout. Google account data is not sold or used for advertising.
Images, prompts, films, and videos
Frameflow stores images you submit for generation, your directions and settings, generated videos, and generation status. Images and directions are sent to Replicate to run ByteDance Seedance 2.5. For films, your brief is sent to the Google Gemini model through Replicate to write a screenplay. Frameflow stores that screenplay and generates individual scenes with shared visual directions. An assembly model on Replicate receives temporary signed links to those scenes to join them into one film. Generated videos are copied into Frameflow storage so you can access them in your library. Your library is available through your signed-in account; it is not a public gallery.
Payments and tokens
When checkout is available, Stripe processes payments. Frameflow sends Stripe your email, account reference, and the selected token pack. Frameflow stores checkout references, payment status, pack amounts, and a token transaction history. Card details are entered in Stripe Checkout and are not stored by Frameflow.
Service providers
The studio is hosted with Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure for application processing, database records, and file storage. Google provides sign-in, Replicate provides model execution, and Stripe provides payments. These providers process information needed to deliver their services under their own policies. Processing may take place in countries other than your own.
See the policies of Google, Replicate, Stripe, Cloudflare, and OpenAI.
Cookies and security
Frameflow uses essential cookies for sign-in and session security. Sign-in requests expire after 10 minutes; account sessions expire after 30 days or when you sign out. Session tokens are stored as hashes on the server. Your browser may temporarily save the text and settings of a draft while you sign in. Frameflow does not add advertising trackers.
Retention and your choices
Account records, library files, and token activity remain in Frameflow until removed; there is no automatic library expiration. Contact gotogoable@gmail.com from your account email to request access, correction, or deletion. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute resolution, or legal requirements. Provider records and backups follow their respective retention policies.
You can sign out of Frameflow or remove its access in your Google account connections. Removing Google access does not itself delete the videos or transaction records already held by Frameflow.
Changes
This page will be updated if Frameflow changes how it processes information. The date above identifies the current version.
